1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Clarity RSA (the “Service”), operated by Clarity Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Clarity RSA is software that helps you track reverse stock splits and place trades across brokerage accounts you control. The Service is a tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not execute trades without your instruction.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Access requires a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Licenses
Each subscription grants a license bound to your Discord account and, on activation, to your machine. You may not share, resell, or transfer your license. We may revoke licenses for abuse or non-payment.
5. Assumption of risk
Trading securities involves substantial risk, including the loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for compliance with each brokerage’s terms and all applicable laws. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any brokerage agreement, exchange rule, or law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
