1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details — we never store full card numbers. We also store subscription status and your license metadata.
2. How we use information
To provide and secure the Service: authenticating you, managing your subscription and license, sending alerts you opt into, and providing support.
3. Brokerage credentials
Brokerage connections are configured and stored locally in the Clarity RSA desktop app on your machine. We do not receive or store your brokerage passwords on our servers.
4. Third parties
We use Discord (authentication), Stripe (payments), and standard hosting infrastructure. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data retention
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our Discord community.
